WHO AM I?
I’m Ian, a qualified, accredited and award-winning hypnotherapist and sleep coach.
I am also a parent who understands how easy it is to become overwhelmed with all the responsibility that comes with raising a family. It’s so common for parents to feel like their constantly trying to spin too many plates and fear what will happen when the inevitable crash happens.

I’m grateful that the work I do with both parents and children has been recognised nationally. Over just the last year I have been awarded with:

With best wishes
